Phoned AppleCare on last Tuesday for the same (fxxking) issue. This time, they will perform the diagnostic themselves but not thru' the outsourced services provider. And now I am using an iMacG5 17' borrowed from Apple.

Everybody who familia with soccer should know there is a Dutch football team called Ajax. We pronounce this word as "ay-yax" traditionally. However, for these days hot new web methodology AJAX (Asynchronous JavaScript and XML), people would like to pronounce as "a-jax". DAMN ! I hate people pronounce in this, although there is still no *official* pronouncation. Anyway, I insist this word should be pronounced as "ay-yax" (which I think is more elegant, even others may oppose).
