2 parts arrived (LCD panel + invertor), will be arrived on Sat and deliver on Mon 3:00pm
(but how about the machine freezing problem?)

3 parts in the order list, 2 of them arrived (LCD panel + invertor), and a logic board (without shipping date)
(then, the Monday appointment is cancelled ? when I can get it back?)

I have contacted the technian, there is now 5 parts need to swap and check.
(then, the machine cannot be deliver on Mon)
I will force the them to give you a call on Mon, I am really sorry, I already told their management.
